Over 30 years of progressive experience in non-profit Human Resource Management. Experience includes Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, Labor Management, Salary Administration and implementation of integrated HRIS management systems.








Susan Mentecki, VP of Program Operations – MPA/Certified Lean Professional

Twenty plus years’ experience in non-profit level leadership as Vice President, Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer in OPWDD, DOH, OMH, and OCFS programs. Also a Boys and Girls Club Board of Director member for 12 years.







Catherine Phillips-Russ, VP of Educational Programs – M.S. Ed./SDA

 Thirty years of Special Education experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities including classroom teacher, behavior consultant, administrator and Adjunct Professor at Canisius College.






Sheila Hunt, VP of Managed Care – MBA/CMB

Twenty years’ experience in non-profit organizations with over 10 years in upper management supervising Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care Billing for Primary Care, Adult Health Homes, OASAS and Behavioral Health Services.
