Poland is one of the world's oldest countries, being established in the 10th century. Gifted with a thriving economy, Poland's population has surged to 38 million in recent years. It is bordered by Russia (east), Lithuania (east), Belarus (east), Ukraine (south), Slovakia (south), the Czech Republic (west) and Germany (west). It's capital city is Warsaw.

Ages of Children Available:

The children are one to 14 years old ... For couples over 40 years old, add age of child (ex. five-year-olds are available to 45-year-old parents).

Parent's Age & Marriage:

Parents must be 25-50 years old ... No restrictions on the length of marriage.

Singles:

No.

Divorce:

No restrictions.

Children in One Family:

No restrictions.

Travel Requirements:

Both spouses travel for one to two weeks until court hearing, both attend court date ... There is a 3-4 week stay in the country by at least one parent ... Length of stay varies due to region and judges' orders ... Total length of stay is 3-5 weeks ... One parents may return to U.S. after court date ... Two trips possible depending on region ... Family must process immigration documents and then return to U.S.

Two visits required.

Waiting Time:

Six to 12 months, depending on the type of child requested. Individual cases will vary.
