Employee Wellness

BVS has a vigorous wellness program to encourage our employees on their way to healthier, happier lives.

OBJECTIVES:
To increase the number of healthy employees in the agency

• Provide services and info that can empower employees to live healthier lifestyles
• Use employee feedback to help make positive changes within the agency
• Help to off-set rising health insurance related costs, by creating and maintaining healthier lifestyles

The BVS Wellness Program offers:

Weight Watchers – both onsite and in the community

Lunch N’ Learns- themed informational seminars featuring a guest speaker and/or presentation- approx 9-10 events per year.

Exercise classes- “in-house” spinning classes, yoga, zumba, total body boot camp
