Baker Victory Services (BVS) offers a wide range of specialized, residential, outpatient, and educational services to all children, youth, and families, regardless of color, race, national origin, gender or religious affiliation. Located in Lackawanna, N.Y. (just minutes from downtown Buffalo), BVS currently utilizes close to 800 full-and part-time employees, and is the largest employer in Lackawanna, and one of the largest mental health agencies in the state of New York.
